Monopoly Trail Contributes a Whopping $112 Million to Hasbro’s $472 Million Digital Gaming Revenue in 2024
Hasbro’s gaming sector experienced a 22% rise in its digital and licensed gaming revenue, totaling $471.7 million.
Of that total, $112 million was generated solely from Scopely’s Monopoly Trail.
The Magic: The Gathering brand had a slight increase of 4% related to its Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming division, although revenues for Magic: The Gathering dipped by 1% “due to the release of the Lord of the Rings set.”
However, Hasbro’s overall annual revenues declined by 17% year-over-year to $4.1 billion, which the company attributes to the eOne divestment.
“I’m proud of our team for fulfilling our promises in 2024: we experienced growth in games and licensing, enhanced our operational efficiency, and significantly boosted the performance of our toy division,” stated Chris Cocks, CEO of Hasbro.
“For 2025, we’re eager to present an outstanding array of toys and games to our fans, further expanding our reach.”
