A Call to Action: Dim Ops 6 Rallies the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

With Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 now brimming with eerie dolls and striking magenta jumpsuits thanks to its latest Squid Game collaboration, Activision’s first-person shooter is poised for another pop culture crossover, this time featuring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The imminent arrival of the turtles in Black Ops 6 and Warzone is not exactly shocking, given that dataminers uncovered details a while back. However, following Shredder’s entrance – who made his appearance in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone back in 2023 – Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael are all officially set to join the action.

Activision announced this development through a short teaser trailer, showcasing the beloved quartet emerging from beneath a manhole on a palm tree-lined (and slightly smoldering) city street. Beyond the fact that they are “coming soon,” specific details are limited – but they are expected to arrive as part of Black Ops 6’s upcoming Season 2 Reloaded.

This mid-season update does not have a confirmed launch date yet, but it is expected to bring a remastered version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2‘s skatepark-themed Grind map. Promotional artwork for Season 2 has previously hinted at the inclusion of twin-wielded katanas, nunchucks, skateboards, and more – all of which would serve as fitting tools for those (often not trigger-happy) heroes in a half-shell.
