“Dungeons of Hinterberg: PlayStation Release Date and Exciting New ‘Bonus Episode’ Features Announced”
By Charming indie quest Dungeons of Hinterberg is set to arrive on PlayStation next month.
A version for PS5 will be released on the 13th of March, following its initial debut on PC and Xbox Series X/S last summer.
This latest edition will also feature a “new, hidden bonus episode,” as noted by publisher Curve Games at the outset—although key details about what this entails remain under wraps. It is likely that the PC and Xbox editions will receive this addition through a complimentary update as well.
If you haven’t yet taken a look at Dungeons of Hinterberg, it’s a delightful Zelda-inspired journey that balances exploration and combat across various Alpine terrains, breezy dungeons overflowing with monsters and puzzles, along with a social component revolving around a nearby town filled with residents to befriend and side quests to embark on.
“Combat and RPG advancement receive a creative social twist in this captivating piece of fantasy,” our Chris Donlan expressed in Eurogamer’s review of Dungeons of Hinterberg, giving special commendation for the game’s overarching narrative.
