Civilization VII: Early Reactions and Insights

A fresh installment in the Civilization series is set to arrive later this month, specifically on 11th February 2025. However, we are currently unable to share our thorough impressions on Sid Meier’s Civilization VII for the Switch.

Fortunately, a number of reviews have gone live at the time of writing. While these reviews are mainly focused on the PC version of the game, we can at least gather a sense of the overall consensus, even though we do not yet have any insights into the game’s performance on consoles.

To kick things off on a high note, VGC has given Civilization VII a perfect 5-star rating, highlighting that the new modifications do not compromise what made the series so exceptional in the first place:
