“PowerWash Simulator Drops VR Support to Focus on Team Stability”

In a statement, CEO Kirsty Rigden mentioned that although the team “truly adores and believes in VR,” they are not “in a position to sustain support at this time.”
“We have reached a turning point: we have an exceptionally talented and dedicated VR team working on a platform that costs us more than it earns, while also having a list of job vacancies that we aim to fill with other projects,” Rigden stated in a declaration shared on social media.
The VR team has been reassigned to “different projects or roles”.
“While I wish we could exist in a world where we could support PowerWash Simulator on all platforms, I will prioritize job stability for my team every single time,” Rigden concluded.
“I understand that you must feel very let down, but I also believe that if you were in my shoes, you would have made the same choice.”
