Transformers: Reactivate Gameplay Footage Surfaces Online, Offering Exciting Sneak Peek

Six minutes of gameplay from developer Splash Harm’s unreleased Transformers: Reactivate have surfaced online following the studio’s announcement of its termination earlier this week.
Transformers: Reactivate – an online action title for up to four players, featuring several of the franchise’s most legendary characters – was revealed for PC and consoles during The Game Awards back in 2022. Little has been seen of the game since that time – and it seemed likely this would remain the case after Splash Harm confirmed its cancellation this week.
However, now, six minutes of leaked gameplay footage has emerged on social media, posted by an anonymous Transformers fan account. There is no indication of how the footage was obtained, but it showcases a blend of third-person shooting and vehicle movement across an incomplete, open-world style city – seemingly from an in-progress developer build.
Splash Harm announced the cancellation of Transformers: Reactivate on Wednesday, stating that the studio would be “scaling down” to refocus its attention on other projects – leaving a “number of positions” within the company “potentially at risk of redundancy” as a result.
