Fans of Harry Potter can start the new year by enhancing their Lego collection. Six new Harry Potter Lego sets are now available, featuring a 2,750-piece rendition of Diagon Alley and a 1,601-piece model of Malfoy Manor. Speaking of iconic residences of Hogwarts students, the 2,405-piece Collector’s Edition of The Burrow (the Weasley family’s home) is now available at major retailers, including Amazon.

The latest Harry Potter sets are just a fraction of the over 100 new product launches from Lego this January. The brick company has also released kits inspired by Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Star Wars, and other popular franchises.

Lego Harry Potter – Diagon Alley (2,750 Pieces)

$200

Arguably one of the most impressive Harry Potter building sets that Lego has unveiled so far, the enormous and intricately designed Diagon Alley playset stands as quite the highlight for avid enthusiasts of the franchise. The 2,750-piece set can be showcased as a two-sided street (illustrated above), featuring a block of buildings with Gringotts at its center, or as five distinct sections.

Fans of Harry Potter will find numerous iconic shops and establishments featured within the storybooks and films: Gringotts Wizarding Bank, Ollivanders Wand Shop, The Daily Prophet headquarters, The Leaky Cauldron, Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlor, and Mr. Mulpepper’s Apothecary. In addition to the authentic exterior designs, the buildings in Diagon Alley include a variety of Easter Eggs for fans to discover while assembling.

Diagon Alley would certainly feel incomplete without its magical inhabitants, so fortunately this set also includes 12 Harry Potter Lego microfigures, such as:

  • Harry Potter
  • Hermione Granger
  • Ron Weasley
  • Fred Weasley
  • George Weasley
  • Ginny Weasley
  • Lavender Brown
  • Draco Malfoy
  • Narcissa Malfoy
  • Mr. Borgin

The Diagon Alley set also includes the Knight Bus and various additional accessories for the pathways outside of the shops.

This is not the first time Lego has launched a Diagon Alley set. A 5,544-piece Diagon Alley set was released as an exclusive by Lego in 2020. Although it is still available, it commands a price of $450. The earlier version had more shops but fewer total structures. Therefore, this new $200 model offers fans a more affordable way to build the beloved Wizarding World shopping district.

Lego Harry Potter – Malfoy Manor (1,601 Pieces)

$150

Malfoy Manor also features 9 Lego minifigures along with one brick-based animal (Voldemort’s serpent, Nagini):

  • Harry Potter
  • Hermione Granger
  • Voldemort (and Nagini)
  • Draco Malfoy
  • Lucius Malfoy
  • Narcissa Malfoy
