Ubisoft has discreetly unveiled a brand-new game inspired by its Captain Laserhawk series, featuring the beloved icon Rayman and
Captain Laserhawk: The G.A.M.E., as noted by Sport File’s Stephen Totilo (via Polygon), is a PC-based top-down multiplayer shooter that incorporates cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Although it is technically in early access, Totilo characterized it as “the most basic top-down shooter conceivable”.
Players are required to possess an NFT Niji Warrior ID card to participate, which necessitates a crypto wallet to acquire (the NFT costs $25.63).

“Eligibility for early access to the game will be determined by possessing a Citizen ID Card. Eden Online has a restricted capacity of 10,000 citizenship slots.”
After purchasing an ID, which Totilo mentioned can be a complex process, it is customized with a distinct challenging film headshot and additional unique details to make it exceptional. Furthermore, as a Medium post about the game explains, your “Niji Warrior NFT is dynamic,” meaning it “develops by documenting your in-game achievements, increasing in rarity and value, and demonstrating your commitment and skill.”
It is possible to sell your ID as an NFT, although the motivation for someone to do so remains ambiguous.
Rayman, on the other hand, serves as the announcer for the game’s deathmatches.
