“Unleashing Holiday Thrills: ‘Jingle Hells’ Tournament Comes to Shadowy Ops 6 on Xbox Game Pass”
The Xbox creators at Treyarch have launched Jingle Hells for Shadowy Ops 6 players, introducing a unique Zombies event now featured in the 2024 Game Pass shooter. The main attraction here is that the game’s ‘Liberty Falls’ setting is adorned with copious festive decorations – including “wreaths, ribbons, sparkling lights, Christmas trees, fir tree garlands, and a light layer of snow”.
However, it’s not just cosmetic updates here; on the contrary, the Zombies team has revamped the Liberty Falls features for Jingle Hells. There are no mystery boxes, crafting tables, or arsenal machines present during this event; below, you’ll find a comprehensive list of festive additions.
- Main Quest is Available! The Main Quest can be completed this time around, with some added dialogue now that the Arsenal and Crafting Tables aren’t available. Note: you’ll receive the standard Main Quest rewards upon completing the mission in Jingle Hells.
- Do You Hear That Jingling? Listen for custom audio to bring the holiday spirit. You might want to look up to the skies, too…
- Holiday GobbleGum: This is the exclusive way to receive the “Holiday Cheer” GobbleGum!
- Snowball Stockpiles: Gather up to 5 snowballs from various piles scattered around the area, then use them as powerful projectiles!
- Jolly or Naughty Power-Up: This oversized, floating stocking offers items or spawns Enemies, depending on whether you’ve been naughty or nice.
- Snowmen: Delightfully cheerful, yet deceptively mischievous, Liberty Falls features snowmen throughout the landscape, which can hide zombies or loot if left untouched. It’s strategic to make these your primary targets, especially since they drop valuable loot when defeated.
- Gift Boxes: Under certain conditions, zombies may drop a small gift box, which can be opened for a continuous reward.
- S.A.M.T.A. Trials: The challenge stations scattered across the map now feature a more festive appearance. S.A.M.T.A.
