Exciting Conclusion Ahead: Spider-Verse Directors Tease an Unforgettable Finale
The filmmakers of Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, the third installment in the beloved Spider-Verse trilogy of animated films, have finally been revealed as Bob Persichetti and Justin K. Thompson, who have both been involved with the projects since Into the Spider-Verse, contributing as part of the directing and producing teams.

The duo has been linked as the directors of the film since its inception, according to Christopher Miller, a producer and a significant creative force behind the Spider-Verse film series, although this marks the first official announcement of their involvement in the film.
“Bob and Justin’s influence is embedded in the essence of these films, and their enthusiasm for Miles’ journey is evident in every scene of his final quest,” added Miller along with his creative collaborator Phil Lord, who are two of the principal creators of the films. “There is nothing more fulfilling than collaborating with inventive partners who possess a bold vision and excellent execution like Bob and Justin. We are excited to team up with them once more to craft a beautiful and fulfilling conclusion to this saga.”
The initial film in the series, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, was directed by Peter Ramsey, Rodney Rothman, and Persichetti himself. The second installment, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, was directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Thompson, who now partners with Persichetti as they tackle the concluding film in the series.
