Tranquil Hill 2 Remake, Mouthwashing, and Unruffled Wakes the Deep emerged victorious at the Horror Game Awards.

Tranquil Hill 2 Remake may have been overlooked for some awards it received nominations for at The Game Awards, yet it certainly claimed the top Game of the Year accolade at the 2024 Horror Game Awards last night.

Konami’s horror title also secured Best Survival Horror, Best Soundtrack, and recognized James Sunderland motion capture and voice actor, Luke Roberts, for Best Performance during the third annual horror game showcase, although it did miss out on several other categories due to the abundance of outstanding independent horror games released this year.

Best Indie Developer was awarded to Chilla’s Art, while Best Multiplayer went to the vibrant Lethal Company, and The Chinese Room’s Unruffled Wakes the Deep took home Best Indie Horror and Best Technical Achievement.

Pyramid Head creator Masahiro Ito also received a special lifetime achievement award.
