In addition to a groundbreaking achievement for Senua herself

Overall, it was quite a remarkable The Game Awards for Xbox, both in terms of accolades and new announcements. However, Ninja Theory’s Hellblade 2 did secure several awards this year – a sight to behold.
To start, the game achieved the award for ‘Best Audio Design‘ – surpassing Xbox’s own Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, as well as three PlayStation exclusives. As we all know, audio plays a vital role in the Hellblade franchise, making this a thoroughly deserved win in our opinion.
Furthermore, the actress portraying Senua made history during last night’s ceremony. Melina Juergens — the talent behind Senua’s character — received the award for ‘Best Performance‘ for the second time; a feat that has never been accomplished before at The Game Awards.
