“So many enjoyable games this year”

Earlier this week, Microsoft introduced its ‘Xbox Year in Review’ tool for 2024, and of course – we have all been reviewing and reflecting on our personal stats right here at PX HQ. On the other hand, we are also curious about what others have been achieving on Xbox this year – following Snoop Dogg’s announcement yesterday, Phil Spencer has also released his own Xbox Year in Review summary.
And… it’s safe to say that the Xbox chief has dedicated hundreds of hours to gaming this year. He has played over 650 hours on Xbox in 2024, with Diablo 4 leading the chart as Phil’s most played game – by a significant margin!
Phil is also still quite passionate about his console, clearly, with most of his gaming time accumulated on Xbox Series X|S. Fallout 76 and Forza Motorsport completed the Xbox boss’s top three games – with 100 hours and 27 hours, respectively.
We genuinely appreciate the Year in Review feature when it appears around this time of year – it’s always great to look back and see what we have enjoyed over the past year! It’s also fantastic to note that despite his promotion to CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Phil still finds plenty of time for Xbox in his daily life.
