Sony introduced a couple of new gaming monitors in its premium Inzone range last month, and they are now available at a discount for the first time this Black Friday. You could save $100 on the Inzone M10S OLED Gaming Monitor or the Inzone M9 II 4K Gaming Monitor.
The M10S is crafted as a high-end, competitive-ready display—indeed, it was developed together with esports team Fnatic to ensure it meets all essential criteria for professionals. In contrast, the Inzone M9 II serves as the successor to the M9 4K monitor that debuted in 2022. Although primarily aimed at PC gaming, both the M9 and M9 II are excellent displays for PlayStation 5 as well.
PC and PS5 gamers should also check out Amazon’s Black Friday deals on the Sony Inzone Buds and the Sony Inzone H9 Wireless Headset.

Sony Inzone M10S 27″ OLED Gaming Monitor
$998 ($1,100)
While it comes with a hefty price tag, the Inzone M10S is equipped with features that make it an excellent option for competitive gamers. Featuring a sizable 27-inch OLED screen and 1440p resolution, it boasts an incredible 480Hz refresh rate, a response time as low as 0.03ms, and includes an adjustable stand that allows for easy tilting or swiveling of the monitor. Naturally, it also offers both DisplayPort and HDMI inputs.
Moreover, it is remarkably space-efficient. Designed with a base measuring just 159mm in diameter and only 4mm thick, it frees up significant desk space for your mouse and keyboard. Here are the additional specifications of the monitor:
- DisplayHDR True Black 400
- 1300-nits HDR peak brightness
- Custom heatsink
- Nvidia G-Sync compatible
Sony Inzone M9 II 27″ 4K Gaming Monitor
$698 ($800)
Even with its lower price, the Inzone M9 II offers a superior resolution compared to the M10S. Its 4K IPS display features a refresh rate of 160Hz, a 1ms response rate, and supports both DisplayPort and HDMI connections. Similar to its pricier counterpart, it includes a stand that can swivel and tilt. Sony has also revamped the design of the M9 II. Unlike the original M9, which was a perfect match for PS5 with its white and black aesthetic, the new monitor boasts an entirely black exterior.
This monitor is a better option for PS5 gaming than the M10S, as the M10S only supports resolutions up to 1440p. Even better, the M9 II received a price cut—the original M9 was priced at $900, but this new model is only $800—and it’s currently even more affordable.
Here are the remaining specifications of the monitor:
- Robust
- Array local dimming
- Backlight scanning technology
- 750 nits HDR peak brightness
- VESA Certified DisplayHDR 600
- Nvidia G-Sync effectively synchronized
Sony Inzone M9 Gaming Monitor
$600 ($900)
If you’re interested in the classic M9 and its dual-tone aesthetic, you may want to grab it while you still can. Reports suggest that the M9 II will be taking over from its predecessor, so it’s uncertain how much longer supplies will be available at retail locations. You can purchase it on sale at Amazon for $600 (down from $900).
While it’s not brand new, the Sony Inzone M3 still stands as a robust 1080p monitor. Originally priced at $530, the M3 is currently available for $398. The M3 features a 27-inch screen, 1080p resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, and Auto HDR Tone Mapping when connected to your PS5. Consider taking a closer look at it if these newer models are a bit outside your budget.
